OUR PHILOSOPHY

Honest Food, Good Times

We don't overcomplicate things at The Boat House. We take good ingredients, cook them well and serve them in a spot that makes everything taste better. From our classic fish and chips to fresh seafood and hearty favourites, the menu is built for the kind of meals you actually want to eat, whether that's a long lunch on the terrace or a quick bite before the sun goes down. At the bar, it's the same thinking. A proper range of draught beers, a solid wine list and hand-crafted cocktails that go down a little too easily with a harbour view. No fuss. Just good food, good drinks and a good time in St Aubin.

“At The Boat House it's about getting the basics right. Good ingredients, cooked properly, served somewhere you want to be. That's always been the formula.”

— DAVID CAMERON - EXECUTIVE CHEF
